A highlight of the Santa Elena raft trip is the 7-mile ride through Santa Elena Canyon- a natural wonder with 1400-foot walls carved out by the river. Guides familiar with National Park Service policy and knowledgable about the flora, fauna, and history of the region escort this trip. Delicious, plentiful food is served. Learn Dutch oven cooking if you wish. Ample opportunities for photography, swimming, splashing, nature study, side hikes, fun and relaxation are available.

Armand Bayou- Visit the only undeveloped saltwater estuary along the Gulf Coast. Bird life and aquatic wildlife are in abundance here where the sea meets the land. Armand Bayou is exceptional for testing and trying out your canoe and kayak skills and enjoying a picnic outing.
